Step 1
Gather your materials
Step 2
Measure and mark 4 lines a half inch apart with your Westcott 12" Stainless Steel Ruler.
Step 3
Next, cut along the lines with your Westcott 8" Non-Stick Titanium Bonded Scissors (you will end up with 4 rings)
Step 4
Insert one ring into the second ring. Third into the fourth ring
Step 5
Decorate and drop in the cat treats! Then give to your pet for play time!
Adult supervision is recommended when children use scissors.
