Collection: Confetti Cutting Picture
Birthdays, seasonal parties, or year-end celebrations---this project is perfectly adaptable to any occasion.
Materials:
- Westcott 5” Kids scissors
- skin-toned construction paper
- 2 different-colored sheets of construction paper
- paper scraps
- glue
- crayons

Step 1
Cut a head shape from the skin-toned paper and a hat shape from another color of paper.
Step 2
Decorate the head and hat with crayons and glue the cutouts to a sheet of construction paper.
Step 3
Cut paper scraps to make confetti and glue the pieces to the paper to complete the project.
Adult supervision is recommended when children use scissors.
