Which trimmer replacement blades will fit my trimmer?
All 9" and 12" Personal Trimmers (13779,13782,13791,14096) can use the following replacement blades: 13780,14041, and 14099
If you own a 12" Titanium Trimmer, use replacement blades 14013, 14014, 14018 and 14019
If you have a Westcott folding or rotary trimmer (14446,14447) use replacement blades 14450 -

How do I empty my manual sharpener & eraser? (Item # 14393, 14407)
1) Rotate the eraser around so that the two sharpener holes are showing. 2) Press between the holes to release the sharpener. 3) Empty the shavings from the reservoir cap into the trash. 4) Insert the sharpener into the reservoir cap before use.

How do I return a product that has a warranty?
If your Westcott product fails to perform due to defects in materials or workmanship, we will replace it under the warranty specified on the product packaging. Normal wear, sharpening, industrial use or abuse, misuse or neglect is not covered. Defective products will be repaired, replaced or substituted with the same product or one of equal value. Please send the product back to us along with an explanation of defect to the address below:
