Collection: My Food Plate

My Food Plate

Summary:
Start a discussion with your class about nutritious eating habits and their favorite healthy foods! This project is inspired by the USDA’s Choose My Plate model, which replaced the previous food pyramid model. Encourage students to share their own experiences and beliefs with the group. Some students may bring a variety of dietary restrictions and differing food habits to the table, which is sure to spark an interesting conversation about healthy eating!
